A Pig snout, good it will last three months before he completely digests it. At least mine did. Mine passed away two winters ago he was 16. I must be missing my Buddy I catch myself talking to him in my sleep and looking for him at night.
I love your dog and your videos of him (her?) but I don't think it's a good idea to teach him to tear open presents. You may come home someday to find other things torn open, much to your consternation.
