How long this model will stay un harmed from moisture and all that

Unfortunately there are already many many spots on the stern that started to degrade. I don't know if it's the paper, the double sided tape, the moisture, or the cardboard. 😥 I can't do anything to stop it. In 2022 i had to replace the entire B deck exterior. Here are some photos.
