Agreed! I wasn’t aware at first where this was specifically from, (since I thought at first it may have been from the 2016 Zegapain movie, but I went and watch that, and didn’t encounter this song) Although now looking at it based on the description I think this is a new ending theme, added when the show was re-airing, in 2013

影に埋もれ気味な名作なんですよねこれ。アクエリオンみたいな人型がガチャガチャした動きではないし、OPとEDの親和性が物語が進むほど良くなり、なによりも面白さが5話付近までの退屈が嘘のようなV字回復しますからねえ。前半後半でここまで差の大きいのはなかなか無い笑
