Highwayman might not be the best warden tank but it is one of the most fun warden tanks. Something about full auto 20mm fire and high speed makes it a lot of fun.
its the best partisan ambush tank in the game. Speed boosting, large ammo cap, and easier/cheaper to use than say a BONELAW. A couple of these sneaking around at the enemy logi lines and you're in for a bad time as a collie.
Eh I think your better option for partisan tanks is the gallant with its MG and radio tower it makes a pretty cheap and potent partisan opinion, also it’s range and space slot are a huge benefit
