this is so true .. silence creates distance, division, grudge and eventually kills the marriage .. we find this in people who are not transparent to their spouses .. people who prefer to shut down rather than say what's in their hearts while the other is desperately waiting for responses .. the only one doing the talking, the asking, the expressing of emotions.. it is very difficult to reach out to this kind of spouse. an open heart is the only way to give the husband and the wife the chance to grow together in their journey as a couple and as parents to their children
