No, the problem wasn't that he saw the kill, the problem was that he didn't report it. They all thought smitty did the kill and vented, but as a non-imposter that's the kind of thing you don't stand there and just look at until someone else comes along and reports it for you.
This is easily why Smii7y is my favorite, he's not hell bent on winning like some of the others he plays with, he remembers games are about having FUN. It's so much more enjoyable to watch when he's laughing and having a good time.
SMii7Y is probably the only TH-camr where I watch every single video when it uploads, I watch a lot of others often but the moment I see the milkbag has uploaded I'm back here at home
