If they go up this year or next, this is a tradition they need to keep. I think the supporters and the players benefit greatly from this. How much of that property is the clubs, and how much does Wayne own? How has the Turfs business been since this trial run?
I not 100% sure. Sometimes landlords of pubs don't own the pubs but work for the brewery or owner. Maybe Wayne owns it outright. I will try and find out.

Shame for Saturday as i do believe it would of sold out otherwise. We for once was in the tec end and it was very noticeable the gap in the middle aka fanzone who wants to pay an additional £10 for what could of been an absolute soaking which thankfully didnt happen. Open it up for everyone more people will spend more money this way.

When I was putting it together it really did make me realise that the club is 99.9 % there and we really are a great community here.

The setup is A+ except for the fanzone price. I think there will be a fanzone , either included in the new Kop stand or somewhere else.
Other league one clubs have a fanzone and don't charge.

The Turf is always packed out and its not been affected. I don't think Wayne owns the Turf, he is the landlord for the brewery.

Wayne is the leaseholder. I just checked so he owns the lease to the pub for anything up to 125 years
