Great vid again Olly. Watched other agri channels then stumbled across you about a month ago, and always look forward to the daily update. Love it! From a farming family but took a different career route - now miss the farming life but always keep in touch with what's going on around the scene in Gloucestershire. Keep up the great work. Cheers!
Junctions on our narrow lanes in Devon are bad, just have to inch out and take it slow. Good to see it all going well, JDs to the rescue. Started combining mid morning, earliest set off date for us. many thanks Olly take care.
Love the new seating area real cool ,the 7830 looks great baling good old Deere's standing up to the pace feeling 98% today another great video Ollie Eddie
Hi try not to get stressed over idiot driver! No harm was done. Love the Chanel came over from Toms. My late dad used to help out at his friends farm when he finished his work at the post office. When we were little he would take us for a ride in the car on a Sunday afternoon to look for combine harvesters. So many happy memories. Keep safe and well you and your family .
quick turn around on the hoodie delivery - arrived this morning after I ordered it Wednesday night. Looks fantastic - I had assumed it was printed like the t-shirts so really impressed that it is a proper embroidered logo
Hi Ollie, where the PTO shaft is on the back of the tractor you can take a solinoid out of the diff lock or 4 wheel drive and swap with the PTO speed and it will work then to keep you going before the new one comes
Good rant olly had a similar problem coming out of a field with a big slurry tanker and a old bloke started kicking off because I block the road getting out he was throwing oranges at the tractor lol great video olly 👍🙌👍💯
Current quality of some driving on the roads is worryingly bad, Friday definitely the worst with everyone in such a rush to get home. Gonna be some serious accidents with farm equipment over the summer if people don’t start paying attention and driving sensibly.
Hard to beat the old deeres 🚜. I’m 95% today taking an evening of to go to the cinema with my young lad before the harvest hopefully starts next week. Great video as usual 😊
Nice to see the 7830 working.I had thought when you wasn’t happy with the price of the add blue that you’re sorted for tractors that don’t need add blue with the the Deere’s..
Totally agree about the council and their ignorance regards the impact of all the extra development on the amount of traffic on roads that are already abused by speeding drivers. Why they dont insist on traffic calming measures paid for by the housing developers is beyond me.
Great video impatient drivers really piss me off 🤬 anyway nice to see the classic Deere's at work we are in the start of a heatwave here in Kent I am off to the Kent county show tomorrow so looking forward to that and 95% today 👍
Sry impressed with Sam reversing , just wished could do it.birthday bumper very glamorous today. At least the housing estate has sorted out the pigeon problem ….a typical Towner comment pmsl ! . Friday rant Tractor versus a carb = no contest I personally wouldn’t worry about it .
Council don't seem to cut the roadside hedges around here they overhang the kerb and wipe your mirrors back and I fully agree with what you say about hedges at junctions
Hello olly I complain about the same cause they do go to quick in 30mph zones and like the saying goes nothing runs like a Deere they reliable 80% today
I cross a 30mph road with a dip which hides cars coming towards you. If they do 30mph fine but they do a lot faster and you can't get across before they are on you. Not an issue if they do the limit.
Started watching I suspect nearly two years or more ago, now you have become a must watch. I am not sure about Friday rant, they come more often than that, welcome to middle age
Hi Olly, abuse from drivers is a common practice for me these days. Regarding the lynch pin, I drive a 70 plate JD ( new from the dealer) and the pin they put on the tractor in that exact same place was ridiculous. It was a Cat 1 pin for a Cat 2 linkage and inevitably it failed and fell off. Check the other link arm to see what Cat it is. Was a good learning point for young Sam, next time he can see when it's not set up right,,, weve all been there. Cheers Olly 👍
Driving combine in oz was so easy on d rd, law states cars must give way to primary producer. And couple of us Irish lads just thought they were really mannerly on the rd at d start🫣 until it was pointed out to us. Keep up d great work n don’t let bad mannered people on rd wind u up😎💪🚜
Used to go to a farm near selby, farm buildings right up to the footpath, he had a mirror on the front of his farm force front press so he could see to get out of his yard.
Been non-stop carting winter barley today in a new Holland t7.210, loving the Aircon, so grateful as last year had to cart in a JD 7810, which had non-functioning air con 😭🤦Great Video again, also how many acres of OSR do you grow, we only do about 250 or so
I live near the famous city of roundabouts - Milton Keynes - and so often, people try to race through a roundabout and get all angry when someone pulls out 'in front of them' - it would not happen if they were not racing! Whatever happened to roads policing - we have dangerous drivers doing stupid speeds in their horribly loud, noisy cars - and ususally middle aged men !
78 looked at home on the baler! Could have swapped the pto solenoid with one of the speeds you didn't need, unless it was the one for the pto clutch which is different 👍
People don’t understand that’s what speed limits are for. They are determined by the amount of visibility and reaction time people need for pulling out like you did.
@Olly Blog Agricontract farmer Your closing piece to camera; high up left hand side behind you! Why were the fire emergency lights on? Or just the main shed lights on the side wall I’d have a 7830 if I had the dosh Jonathan
hi olly nothing runs like a deere . stumbled on to you on youtube about day 10 been here ever since p.s i dont think car drivers know how fast modern tractors go love the videos
Looks like you should get rid of the Fendt's Olly , too unreliable !! 😅😅 80 % now , could be higher but no one put me on the birthday bumper , I put the wife and daughter on 🤷♂️ I'll have to have a word with them in the morning 😅 I'm with you with the car driver issues to ! Great video as always 👍
I once met a woman in fiesta one single track road in lincs with 2 sets of discs on the back of a quad track, she drove around our escort vehicle, drove past an open gateway and then sat in the middle of the road swearing at me and demanding i reverse, just got my lunch out until she finally moved, some people just dont understand or care

Hi
Most cars when they see a tractor they put down the boot

I held up a lot off traffic overvthe years 508 ,with various combines and tractors over the years 🚜🤣
Come over from Toms channel 👍🏻
78 looked at home on the baler! Could have swapped the pto solenoid with one of the speeds you didn't need, unless it was the one for the pto clutch which is different 👍
Not sure tbh I have in past
It’s about time Fendt sorted the pto solenoid problem,it’s ok replacing them on warranty but you still have downtime,I’d prefer them to just work.
9:33 , yes there was a bird flying about, you weren't hearing things olly 😂
People don’t understand that’s what speed limits are for. They are determined by the amount of visibility and reaction time people need for pulling out like you did.
both tractor's doing what they were made for
just subbed today after watching for a while but found you after following the Hoof GP which led to Tom Pemberton that led to you lol
Thanks 😊

Why were the fire emergency lights on? Or just the main shed lights on the side wall
I’d have a 7830 if I had the dosh
Jonathan
Main lights are on wall
That Woman In The Car Was Doing Her Nails 💅 🤔 , So Stop Been A Grumpy Farmer 🚜 🙈😎👍
hi olly nothing runs like a deere . stumbled on to you on youtube about day 10 been here ever since p.s i dont think car drivers know how fast modern tractors go love the videos
Or how hard they are when u hit them
The problem is mate tractors at junctions are invisible. Back in the 90s someone drove into the combine header turning left ????
Looks like you should get rid of the Fendt's Olly , too unreliable !! 😅😅 80 % now , could be higher but no one put me on the birthday bumper , I put the wife and daughter on 🤷♂️ I'll have to have a word with them in the morning 😅

Tractors and cars on the same road together might not be a bad idea for an Olly Public Service Announcement video.
I did a young tractor drivers course at rodbaston
What are you doing with the 1690 . good video. 80%.
Fix in engine
What's your take on the Dutch farmers protests, and when will those policies arrive here?
I hope they don’t
When are you going to get an fendt 820
Don’t know quadtrac first
