@peep25100 I would say, fix what you have, the only reason I chucked another engine in mine, was because I needed to get it done quickly, and the engine I bought was really cheap 😊
@gozney1987 yea you can, I should have done it that way to be fair, cus it was a pain in the arse to line the subframe up again, I don't normally have a problem.
Well done, quite an undertaking when you are working alone.

Brother, we've all been there! ❤
@Beartore I have no emotional attachment to the car I hit. It's just a parts car, so I found it really funny 😄
Amazing job! Good effort!!!👍🔧
I love the engine support. I need to make something similar to removed the subframe on my DB. I think its slightly bent 😬
Cheers mate, yea it's very handy having a support that fits the car perfectly, o dear that's not ideal
Good job mate!
Nicely done 😎
Cheers mate 👍
I hope you did water pump and rear main seal
and the winter plug above the seal :)
Thinking right now should I change the engine with my xc70 with blown head casket or try fixing this one.

I’ve never seen someone turn a car around with one jack
Crazy!
that level of wrenching entitles you to a bigger garage with a lift.
