I found a few more easter eggs.
1) If you stand in the pause menu for 10-15 minutes, Bendy's jump scare will appear.
2) If you break all the bendable cardboard in the main room (it doesn’t matter that they are restored), then there will also be a nasty jump scare there
3) If you crush all the cockroaches, a chair will appear in the middle of the main room and a wheelchair will overturn.

The kid is Riley Wells, who you play as. The whole game is her backstory. Her parents got killed by a car crash, when the blood splatters you can hear a car crash, and later the car chases you. Riley started drawing morbid things presumably after her families deaths.
