Called 995 once. Heard a loud thud outside my house, went and checked. That is when I saw my elderly neighbour just fell down a flight of stairs and hit her head against a metal fuse box. Blood was dripping down on her head. I called 999 once too after hearing glass breaking and shouting at my neighbor's house. After I made the call, my neighbor's teen kid rushed out of her house crying. Really glad I called the police. Offered my home as a refuge for her till the police came. Her father poor thing. Went mad after being cheated by his wife. Money and house all gone. The wife got custody of their daughter which she visits her father regularly.
