The reason why the everything combined into one exploded instantly is because the oil made Kevin light on fire making the nitroglycerin explode.
And the adrenaline and bomb liquid
actually i think combustion combined with nitroglycerin
I think what happened with the omni-liquid is that the combustion serum ignited the nitroglycerin but maybe there is another reason
