If there was plenty of leftovers, you could have shown ( for people that want more variety) how to take your leftovers and turn them into new dishes. One example: you could have turned the potato & ground beef with cheese into a cheeseburger soup. You could have taken the stew meat dish and turned the leftovers into vegetable- beef soup. Soup is a very good way to stretch meals and dollars. Any leftover chicken deboned and turned into casseroles , pot pie, chicken & dumplings, pot stickers, stir fries, fried rice etc. Anything that stretches for a hot meal. Scalloped potatoes can be turned into cheesy potato soup. I have Melissa’s cookbook too…great book to teach and give ideas how to save money, with inspiring the home cook how to utilize products and leftover items. I thought your daughters princess lunches looked so colorful and appetizing. Keep up the good work!😊

Really enjoyed this video. I'm new to your channel. Please make more! 😍
Thank you! Will do!
Great recipes, I too like onion sandwiches, I was wondering if you did a voice over, the portion where you were in speaking into the camera ( in the kitchen) I could it was hard to hear and I had to turn the volume up all the way, but when you were cooking the volume was only at 50%. Maybe try a microphone wearable.
Thank you! Sound has been my biggest issue. However I finally found a Lavalier that will work with my technology. I am excited it will come in this week. Hopefully moving forward sound will not be a problem.
Ok. My comment is completely off topic but I just have to say I love that cobalt blue dish (pie pan, I think) where you added the meat to the pan. Long ago saw a pie pan like that at an antique store and I remember my grandmother (she was born in 1898) had a jadite one like that. I almost 70 now, soon to be an empty nester and a widow. I liked your upload and I have just subscribed. Looking forward to more.
Thank you so much for joining. Yes, it is a pie pan. I found it in a Antique store several years ago. I live ina 110 year home and love anything Antique 💕
California is higher I think than anywhere. I meal plan to what on sale here. Meat is very high priced. Food here is very high.
Right!?! All that food would be probably closer to $200

Hello from a new subscriber! Your recipes sound really good ❤ loving it all!
Thank you 🙂
I had all of the ingredients so I have my beef and onions simmering right now. Smells wonderful and very easy!
I hope it turned out great.
Thank you for showing some nice new recipes, that are inexpensive and are not beans and rice!
My pleasure 😊
