Numark NS6II Serato DJ Pro Controller Review: how good is it??

So I'm a beginner and I want to pursue this as an interest. Should I get an NS6ii or a Roland DJ 505? I like the 505 b/c of the drum machine and how light it is. The NS6ii seems more future proof and long lasting. Which would you get? I might eventually perform. The DJ 808 is out of the question because it is too large.

Hi James, unless the drummachine and the sequencer of the 505 really interest you, I would go for the NS6II. The large pitchfaders are ideal for beatmatching (and learning it) and the features (lcd screens, 4channels, solid build...) make it more future proof controller. Hope this helps!

So...in case I wanted to produce later...I could always add a MIDI drum machine? I'm leaning toward the NS6ii as you get a lot of features for it for less than 800 in some places.
