Are you in timekeeping mode? To make sure you are press and hold the bottom left button for just over 3 seconds (when you press and hold this button the display should show a flashing HT with two arrow heads pointing to the left). This means when the watch beeps (after 3 seconds) the watch is in timekeeping mode and the time can now be adjusted. Hope this helps

you need to set the arms to 12:00 first. I press ADJUST until it shows seconds, then MODE to adjust arm to default 12:00 using SEARCH & LIGHT. Press ADJUST to set.
Hi, if you look at the pages E-18-E20 regarding setting up the digital time it shows a P to the left of the time for PM. I for one use the 24hr clock as its easier to setup the time. You adjust the digital time in the display and then the watch adjusts the hands (the analogue time) to the digital time. Hope this helps
