Great video thanks for the heads up what I was getting into, I broke a few more of the plastic covers but nothing a bit of glue won't fix 😉

hi Daniel, thanks for fast response. there is only airflow whilst on maximum and only to windscreen.a small amount comes from the drivers side middle
First of all you should check your cabin air-filter just to make sure it's clean . If it looks dirty and full of dust then that may be the cause .
Second thing to check would be the Servo-motors of the Directional flaps . They are 2 motors on each side . one for directional flaps and one for Mix-flat (that switch on heat or cold)
Check on youtube , how to change cabin air filter / pollen filter for peugeot 407 , and how to check flap motor .
In case it's the Flap motor i could sell-you one as i am breaking a Peugeot 407 (Trough PayPal (posted to you)

my peugeot motor is working but the air coming out of grills is minimum, while fans are on full power and windscreen mode is on the airflow is fine to windscreen but if I turn them to centre no air comes from grilles, is this what is causing the problem ? many thanks
So when you switch to the centre where's the air flowing ? To windscreen ? to legs ?
Your problem might be :
1: -Broken flap (that switch's the airflow to Centre / Legs / Windscreen )
2: - Blocked cabin filter (pollen filter) and on windscreen the airflow looks strong enough as the vents are much smaller than the centre ones .
3: - Electric servo motor witch if damaged , it will not switch at all , and would flow air only to the position that the flap is stuck .
Do you have this problem on both sides ? (driver & Passenger ) >?
Do the airflow switches when you switch to centre / Legs ?
Is the airflow on Lower (legs) strong enough (as should be ) ?

Salut . 200 de lire deoarece e mult de munca (dureaza vreo 3-4 ore ) (dureaza doar atat deoarece am sculele necesare altfe ar putea dura mult mai mult - vreo 7-8 ore )
