Thank you for this ! My trainer says to have contact throughout my leg which is hard because if I try to have contact with my inner thighs I lose the tension in contact with the calf, if I try to wrap my lower leg around the horse then I open my hips and thighs and so on and it’s frustrating 😂

Thank you. I'm going to remember what a "wrapped leg is supposed to feel like." I've gotta a tendency to muckle on with too much tension.
