Manchester City have been really strong but Liverpool and Arsenal in recent season have chased them to the wire. When City won the league in 2017/18 (6 years ago) Man Utd and Tottenham were in Top 3. They weren't good enough. But since after that season Liverpool won the league due to the fact there were on a ridiculous streak of 44 games unbeaten I mean after 27 games in 2019/20 they won 26 and drew 1. They won the league because others were dropping points silly ways.
