Everything shown in tutorial is working in my case. EVERYTHING.
Even the fact that as a visitor my bot is responding me properly.
But when the third person or any other person is communicating with the bot then it's not replying anything.

Hi, I followed these steps but the chatbot does not answer me (I'm the page owner and the app administrator). When I check the DialogFlow's history, I can see the messages, but the bot never gets to send the message back to facebook messenger. Do you know what could it be? Thanks
Check the App created in Facebook is live ? and if yes then check the recall web-hook connected with Dialog-flow. And also check if you have added the callback URL of Dialogflow in Facebook.

Hi @Grupo for that we have to create a business and attach your page with business and facebook has to approve the business page which takes couple of days for processing.

But its not visible to everyone why so
It’s because we need to register a business account with the Facebook page

Actually am not reached that stage, i have not yet submitted app for review since am confused at the step "upload a screen cast showing end-end user exp", what i should upload, can u plz suggest how to prepare it. Additionally i would like your guidance for another alternative i tried, i tried adding colleagues as testers under roles tab (under dashboard) so that they can view it but the request to accept never reaches them and status shoes pending. Did u also face such problem ? Any quick help would be really appreciated !
