    The atlas occipital joint release often needs to be done slowly over a long period of time. Try to view it as a meditative exercise as the body takes you into deeper awareness of the multiple layers of restriction. I have used an hour session just for this area Ken

    I don't know what you did or what this was about i tried to do this sort of thing to myself, although i did not know what i was doing, i sensed it did something to my head.
