Endeavor is just going through it. Down a hand, severely injured, but yet still is ready to help props to him.
This chapter was just sad in general. No one really won that battle both sides had casualties.
I don't care for Natsuo, but he better not act like Tenko father especially if he plans on having kids. Especially if they might want to be heroes as well.
Hawks is a real one. The fact he is in charge of the hspc now means he has a chance to change things for the better.
I can definitely see armies for Shigaraki or Spinner targeting people. Or some of the students as well.

I do wonder if his girlfriend has any reservations. Even she can feel comfortable with the idea of marrying so young.
With how open ended things feel you do feel Hori left things ready for a sequel like 100 year quest to address some of these issues. My only question is how does Shoto plan to one day rebuild things with his family even if they never forgive Enji because Shoto truly is a beacon of hope.

I get what you’re saying about Natsu, but in the show imagine being a child and being abused, your siblings abused, your mother abused to the point where she is inducted into a psych ward, your oldest brother died trying to impress their dad and even after this Endeavor doesn’t stop. Now imagine growing up and realizing Endeavor was a grown man making these decisions.. at the very least Dabi may have been crazy, but he was manipulated from a very young age, Endeavor did all this for his own desires. It’s called forgive but never forget.. Just because Endeavor regrets what he did doesn’t fix the childhood they lost due to their delusional father’s dream. Natsu just doesn’t want to expose his children and wife to his father, you can’t do horrible things and because you regret them and are atoning for your sins expect for it all to reset (not that Endeavor is doing this), this is Endeavors final Endeavor to retribution, not Natsu’s.

@@mauriciojuarez9848 i get your viewpoint. However at the same time at some point the kids are gonna be grown up and likely meet their grandfather as adults and learn of the horrors regardless. Plus while it's understandable that he's simply trying not to subject his kids to the horror stories, it's naive to think he can simply keep the secret forever. The past always comes back to haunt us and whether Natsuo wants to admit it sooner or later he'll have to tell his kids the truth whether he wants to or not.
I just don't want him poisoning his kids and make the same mistakes Rei and especially Enji made. History repeats to those who don't learn from it.

It's so sad, but so well written. And i got emotional seeing that picture where young Touya is covered in Dabi's scars looking at the Endeavor during his times as a number 1 hero... And as Enji said "from here on, i will come everyday so let's talk" he was reminding himself of the time at the Sekoto peak when he didn't go after Touya to talk to him, and that time when younger Touya died, his soul was burdened with the Dabi scars, which i think is that the sekoto peak night was a heavy weight on Touya forever, as if he was cursed with being Dabi. And Endeavor now wants to talk to him everyday, as to visit him like he never did before to cover up for at least the talk that wasn't covered in the past to put his burdened child to rest from those dabi scars, and he cannot change any other fate from that, the expression in Dabi's eyes along with his silence and Tachycardia explained it all. but goddammit man this is very sad for everyone in this family. And his weak apology to shoto he can't even apologise to him properly because of his condition, it is tragic for both Touya and shoto. To be honest, it's bittersweet to see horikoshi getting this brutal yet emotional with his writing, because i always enjoyed reading those Endeavor and Dabi/Touya chapters, i don't think i will ever enjoy a character as much as i enjoyed these two. They were the reason i started reading the manga 5 years ago to begin with, right and watching this manga end also is the saddest

Dabi was never going to survive. That doctor is a prison guard and that unit is inside a prison. In Japan a person who is sentenced to death is not told their execution date, they live not knowing when it will happen. They simply wake up someday and it ends.

I loved it when shoto interrupted the "you didn't have to come nonsense" with the "it's not some sense of duty that brought us here". He only wanted to bond with his brother and Touya finally realised that, and how much of a pure child shoto was even though he got caught up in all this heroism and war shit.

The Rise of Endeavor and Fall of Enji... At one point in his childhood, Enji Todoroki witnessed an accident wherein his father tried to rescue a little girl from a Villain, only to end up dying alongside her. This event inspired him to become a Pro Hero, and by the time he entered U.A. High School, he chose the hero name Endeavor. My Hero Academia Manga: Chapter 356. So, I can only assume "Endeavor" lost his way obviously, but we never got a full backstory.

Same here. Dang I actually want for him to be healed but if he does then he would just he locked up. But at least Endeavor would be able to talk to him.

Honestly, let's not ask for him to be cured, it would ruin the closure that the villain has, and he also has little time left. Eri can't do anything anymore, she already gave everything. And I don't want Dabi to be cured, he fulfilled his role as shigaraki, for him to die in peace would be the perfect closure.

Shoto truly has a long way to go before he can truly clean up his family's reputation
I have worries about Natsuo; even if he waits a year or 2 he's getting married pretty young and i don't think he's quite in the right mind.
Toya definitely went out like Shiggy on his own terms. I just hope the Todoroki siblings don't allow themselves to be avoiding each other just because of Enji. Even if Enji deservedly doesn't get forgiveness, they should not be ignoring each other out of fear. Distance can only do so much.

Dabi is my character that I appreciate, even though if there is a sequel I wouldn't like Eri to cure him, Horikoshi Sensei wants to close his story and it's good, and he himself tells us "this time he's going to die ", don't be confused, most of the time he has always been dying, this time he will die. So that you can see that not everything is beautiful in war, two villains are leaving. Now that Spinner gives, toga and what will happen to them

I did say that dabi had 50/50 chance. 50% chance to live, but 50% chance that he will die in near future.
It is make sense for enji to retired as hero. Because not only he had lost his arm and won't able walk, but also of what he done to his family. Even if eri able grow her horn back, enji refund to be heal, he feel like he doesn't deserve it.
Natsu better be good dad and husband. To me if he go to therapy before became dad, then he become the best dad than his dad and Natsu will be ok for his children be heroes as long they are not act like their grandpa or became villains like their uncle.
