Thank You for the awesome video quality! My primary just broke on the shaft. After butt puckering dremal/ cutoff tool work im putting my shims and weights into my new factory primary. Your video was amazing help!!!!
Great vide. Re circlips there is typically one edge which is squared off and the other is rounded - squared edge is the retaining edge -rolled edge can slip. Re old locative, best to clean it out - chase the threads - and then use fresh locative to maintain proper bolt torque .
Great Video..... but I kept getting distracted by that clean Edge chassis behind you. I had an 03 with the same color Scheme. Only sled I regret selling.
Excellent detailed Video as always! Question on the secondary clutch removal, you said to take care not to lose those "washers" behind it, is there more than one? I had mine off last month and a washer fell on the bottom of the cowling, I found it and put it back on when I reassembled. I'm wondering now if there was another one that I didn't find? I have a 2020 800 switchback assault 144. Thank you!

There can be more than one washer on the backside to align the secondary with the primary.
You prefer the bearing vs the plastic washers in the secondary?
Does the spring cup, trus washer and the berring comme stock or i need to buy them for my clutch kit
will i lose the warranty when you put on the clutch kit?
Should I be scared if my secondary had 0 washers behind it?
What snap ring pliers are you using? I have about 10 different ones and they all suck. I’d like to get one that is correct for this snap ring.
I use snapon ring pliers and do not have issues
