@@DystopianEchoes Sometimes simplicity is the only escape, when you reach into your mind and experience the bliss of emptiness it fills the biggest oceans. Stormy seas rise and fall like the synapses in our minds . the escape is there it only takes will and perseverance and one hell of a good captain to navigate to find bliss. Nights where my mind flies I slow my breathing and close my eyes and hear over and over it can’t rain all the time. How suitable these words for they are fuel to my world. Thanks for sharing this wonderful piece with me and all of us who are trying to drown out the darkness and the pain. I will be commenting again soon but for now I’ll will continue to listen. May all of us be captains in our oceans.

If they cast Bill Skasgard and make the story accurate to the comic, I'm sure Bill could be the best, he looks like the comic Crow, but that is just a dream cast, for now, Brandon Lee is the best, the only Eric Draven.
I became obsessed with The Crow at 5 yrs old right after the movie released in 94. I want to thanks to my dad (RIP) for watching this movie and falling asleep while i was able to sit there and fixate on it. From Brandon Lee to the music and the cinematography made me the darkly inclined girl that I am today. I even named my son Draven.
We don't need a Crow reboot. This was perfect.

This track dost thou echo in my subconscious.. which has been left obliterated as I walk as a dead man trespassing in a plane of existence where other beings seemingly exist as if existing is normal.

I was obsessed with this movie when I was in 7th grade.(94-95) It broke my heart what happened to this beautiful man.
I was finishing shcool .saw it in theater w/ my 2nd galfriend...in 94/95...

To me the CROW is the best movie ever made in my opinion.
And also one of Hollywood's most cursed movie. Unfortunately 2 or 3 people died in the making of this movie. Sadly Brandon Lee being one of them. There's a documentary on youtube about this. R.I.P. Brandon Lee

Not trying to disprove the reality of that movie set being cursed which no doubt is but the people behind this production were negligent & still lack accountability to this day

@@Lambdamale. Plenty of films to see today, but I'd say really cutting out social medias and technologies for more real world face to face, art, nature is certainly a similar vibe to the 90s. There was less obsession with technology like today - phone was just a phone and often only at home, stuff that like made phone calls relished and more special with family and friends especially long distant ones - but still can be. That extra presence and simple way of going about routines each day is key.
Communities hanging out outside till sunset is very similar.

I have considered The Crow to be one of the best movies ever made. I have watched it every year at least once a year for the last 15. When I first watched it I was too young to understand what was going on and what it all meant, now I do. RIP Brandon Lee.

I wasn't sold until the guitar riff at the 4 minute mark. Damn, I watched this in the theaters right after the news of Brandon's death.
That was one hell of a ritual of some sorts for all of us that had high hopes for the Lee family on screen and for the son to continue traditions in martial arts films and the pure physicality dedicated to that art form as his father pioneered.
Brandon may have been the one that got shot but it's us fans that got left with the bullet wound to the heart.
We're in a dystopian future but it's a spiritual one. Good luck out there who ever you are, traveler.

Brandon Lee and the crow are a legend. I love it this musical work.
This music is powerful and meditative- For some reason it gave me some serious tears when listening at first. like it almost forces you contemplate your own sadness, darkness, and deep things in the mind that you always hide - Your shadow and higher self. But when I continued listening I arrived at a powerful calm of inner strength and power.

@@user-nn2le3oz6x I agree with you. That's why I don't settle for just generating an AI image and putting it in the video. Not that this first part was a quick process; I had to generate more than 300 images (and create others from them) to get the base image I wanted. After that came the image composition in Photoshop and the animation of the environment in After Effects. Just for his face, I took about 5 real images of the actor and reconstructed them in Photoshop to make it as faithful as possible. More than a day's work just on the visuals. But I understand what you mean; indeed, the internet is becoming a place with a "generic" look, lacking that touch of a real artist. Let's see what will happen in the coming years and how we adapt :)

Crows and ravens are totally different birds. Ravens are much larger and more intelligent, but more aggressive and preditorial. Where crows can be trained by humans. Ravens seem to be more independent.
