First or second doesn't matter support both lady equally. doesn't matter whether they have registered in whatever union. Ddadu doesn't cover every nooks and corner of dimapur so it's not necessary to be registered in their union only.

In every fields of work... there's a criteria/ procedure......the thing is officially recognised/ registered does matter!!!!! Issue closed 🔒
There's a thing called common sense, and i personally believe that we cannot achieve gender equality in every fields of professions and it's not necessary too. For instance there's a pay gap between Man models and Female models (Women gets way higher than men) likewise even in peagent too. Having said that in the world of football, man are paid much higher. This i believe is so because Man and Women shines differently with their unique ability.
(The aforesaid arguments is for those who wants gender equality everywhere) And now coming back to being an auto driver. Yes, women can do whatever Men can do and so it's no surprise that two women in Nagaland have already started driving Auto. But having said that, it's not a very favorable job for women (unless you are compelled to do so) but even if you take up this job do it will full dignity and know that life will get better for those who choose never to give up. First or last is not very important, it's what you do to make this world better for someone and yourself that counts.
According to my opinion,if the lady who was driving the auto in the year 2017,if she approached through proper channel we can called her the first lady auto driver in Nagaland but,if the union leaders didn't recognised her or didn't register her name in the union means she did not called as the first lady auto driver in Nagaland.I support the president of DADU.👍
