Why isnt Robert Vargas, L.A.' s biggest mural superstar, included in this!?!? Robert Vargas is world renowned, straight out of Boyle Heights L.A. and a hero to all of its citizens.
I find this extremely hard to accept the legitimacy of this project if he isnt included in this.
That is a shame.
