PCEP Wind Ensemble "Stars and Stripes Forever" -- Mr. Armbruster's Final Concert Appearance

Recorded in Plymouth Kellogg Park, this is Mr. Armbruster's final "official" appearance in concert with a PCEP music ensemble.
