Thank you for the question! 1. The yuzu bath in the video is available for all guests, and cannot be booked privately. Some of the guest rooms have private bathtubs so if you prefer to soak in private you could book one of those rooms 2. The center of Kyoto doesn’t have hot spring water so all the ryokan in the area use regular water in their baths 3.
