Hello- I watched all three of these videos and was wondering why the red hues were not carried into the surf? Thank you. I live in the USA, near the ocean in New England
He's from Saint Petersburg (Russia). The water in the Gulf of Finland are quite similar to ocean. She often has a "lead" or gray-brown. You have to see it yourself.
Сергей Олегович It’s not about location (although I understand what you are talking about as I’m from SPb). I feel the same that there should be some pinkish reflections on the waterfront. The interesting thing is the lack of them doesn’t spoil the beauty of the painting:)

Also wondered. I expected some pink would be also added to water and to top of foam. No matching between upper and lower half...
