anyway, those coaches look ridiculous. Look at them 2:04 gesticulating on the bike. "Like this, we spend more calories" I'm pretty sure they would say (don't need to watch their videos). While they barely push on the pedals. Push harder, you'll burn more calories and will not need to look like a moron !
The girls are very professional in accepting this challenge. They have a strong endurance too. In 3:01 they looked really nice when they started the synchronized routine.

So we start the class and 10 min in the trainer comes and says “ you know.. this is an advanced soul cycling class” and she was like keep it easy and don’t push yourself too much. We were like okay we got this.. 30 min in my t-shirt was wet and all i could see before my eyes were black dots lol and my bff was like i think ima throw up 🤣 we left the class and went to lay on the grass outside for another half an hour 😂
In the bigger scheme of things, SoulCycle is new-ish to sport/fitness and I did not find it credible. Knowing that soccer players barely kept up kinda makes me rethink my opinion.
nah biking takes a different motion and muscle than soccer its a good way to burn calories and get toned but doesn't have much in common with any of the workouts that would be useful for a soccer player

I will say that Cycling takes alot more Energy than regular Soccer. I play Soccer and if u add up all the short breaks that happen when the Ball goes out or P kicks and when you are off Duty Position u get to catch ur breath but Cycling u are constantly moving ur legs and going past the limit. I would like to try this

Actually no, if you're just running it doesn't do a whole lot for soccer. Soccer is an explosive sport, just running can actually ruin your sprint times unless you're running a 5k doing periodic sprints. The bike, if they are using resistance, is going to help them a lot more than a 5k. Source: Am soccer player and soccer coach. :P
What's with the weird movements on the bike? Do they think those elbow movements count as a pressup and the weird up and down is some kind of squat. This is just silly looking LA exercise
The arm movement is actually meant to make you move your legs faster because you have to keep the rhythm and when you have a high resistance on the bike it gets tiring real quick
loved watching this video. would love for them to go at it again and see if they improved to the point where they might be able to out-ride the instructors.

They don't realize that it's a specific brand name with it's own training and certification program because it preceded nearly all of these other brands by at least 15 years. The generic term used for these kinds of workouts, be it SoulCycle, Flywheel, CycleBar, Peloton, etc., is usually "indoor cycling."
