my weekend reset routine

i’ve been really busy with school and clubs lately, but something that keeps me grounded is sticking to some healthy habits and tasks that help me reset my week! i filmed (vlogged?) this on a saturday, and i actually started ‘resetting’ my week the day before, which is you don’t see me going through all the items on my list.
btw, i filmed with my iphone - which is why you never see me on my phone! I was actually on my phone more than I would like to admit.
