Still a beautiful bike. I had one in 1979 to 1982, not the fastest of bikes, i always wanted to put a 400 engine on the bike, but leaving the tank and side pods as 250, but never did! Would love that bike again.
I always loved the Dream, it was so much nicer looking than the Super Dream and I believe faster than the SD, but I am sure some of the purists would disagree, but what do they know. Long live the Dream! Gee x
Totally Love what you've done there! Just bought one to restore and wondering if anyone knows where I can get a workshop manual and parts diagrams? Also a link to a reliable parts dealer for these?
a think u will find they are closer to superdream one than they are to dream ones the dream has the shorter stubby silencers look at apicture of one and you will see
This bike was the first bike I ever sat on. Bought brand new in 1977 by my grandad.
Watched this again and thought...I recognize that bike...pity its just a 250...I have a 400...mines is bigger than yours. Nuff said. Gee x

roy cunningham, thanks for the comment but the silencers are replicas of 70s Dunstall cans, they are nothing like superdream cans.
