The doctor herself said it would take 6 weeks and 4 sessions to see the results, the Before and After shot was pointless and just undermined the validity of the procedure. This entire Macro Beauty series would be much better if Refinery29 actually waited and paid to have the crew come back and film ACTUAL Afters after an appropriate amount of time (for healing, fading, treatment completion, etc) to see what the treatment or procedure results REALLY look like.

It’s like that whole beauty with Mi series the lady who presents it has very nice skin with maybe one or two spots (tiny whiteheads) on her whole face but they send her to get a bunch of facials that are meant to help with redness and acne, neither of which she has???? I’m not a fitness expert but I find it hard to believe that she couldn’t get some results in the gym. I’ve seen so many people with her same frame grow their glutes from working out. Is there some element I’m not considering?
If she doesn’t have enough fat on top of the muscle she’s building in her glutes, she’ll never have a perky, round butt. Just a square muscle butt. And it doesn’t sound like that’s what she wanted.

Her saying “no matter how much I go to the gym I can’t change my glutes” I mean, she’s not fit anywhere else, she’s your regular slim girl who jumps on the treadmill twice a week and calls it a workout lol you can tell by her physique. She obv doesn’t eat enough and just wants to be skinny and not put in the work 🥲 brings shame to the personal trainers lol
That's not always true. Many aren't blessed with all you think. Even young men & women have naturally soft butts and boobs too. Actually she's got a great body. Walking helps.

I did it on my abs, it needs more than one session, but 4 if I remember correctly for you to be able to see results. The results looks NICE but I have to say that you need to maintain it by keep going back maybe at least once a month or going to gym. All in all, It can give you a jump start but nothing permanent

Glutes are often not actived because of sitting to much. You really need to focus on inverting anterior pelvic tilt. There is a lot of youtube video for it. At 5000$ for 4 sessions you are better to train smart and love the sweat.

I have a medical condition that forbids me to workout with weights and resistances (a circulation problem in the legs with high risk of varicose veins), do you think is there any way for me to train the glutes? I was thinking ice skating or rollerblades, any other suggestions? I'm followed by a doctor so of course I'll ask him too. Thanks a lot.

Plus the doctor suggested me to avoid squats too, but to prefer aerobic workouts (like swimming for example). The problem is that swimming and running don't help to grow the glutes at all, so why I was thinking about ice-skating. Thanks for the answer by the way:)
I also have health issues that limit things( 6 blood clots so far) and being on blood thinners for them limit activities too. My doctor cleared me for yoga this past December and it's been amazing! I've regain a good amount of muscle that I had lost and the teacher gave me modifications
speaking as someone that's in her position, the gym/weight lifting doesn't always it. I trained for 7 years, increased weight, adjusted my diet several times, and all that changed was my will power. you can only do so much when genetics come in to play. we can work out in all the right ways and eat the right foods but if your butt wants to be flat, your butt will only be FLAT

You can do the normal exercises with Judy body weight: squats, good mornings, lunges, hip thrusts, donkey kicks, fire hydrants etc.
