In Mizoram here no VIP culture. No VIP Siren, no VIP escorts except CM. No bodyguards for MLA and some ministers. In Nagaland i was surprised to see low ranking police officer with two bodyguards when here in aizawl even those rank of digp, igp and some MLAs and ministers walk to office by foot.

The flying squad of the Ministers and MLAs are requested not to point fingers on the public while traveling. Why should we stop our cars to let you pass. Untill and unless all your vehicles passed us we are not permitted to move our car, what rules is that. When ever the Ministers moves around, is it a nation emergency? Is there any traffic rules that says, when Ministers/MLAs moves all public vehicles should stop on the spot immediately. It happened just a week back in wokha town. Next time, if you point fingers at us and if you stop our vehicles without any reasons we will sue you, who ever it may be. Remember we will produce video recording as evidence. Remember i have already spent thousands of Rs for the equipment to take video recording.
This is an awareness so better be careful so that this things will not happen in future. You should learn to respect the citizens who elected you. It is the citizens who gives you the king chair. ☹️

Even me I once had an alteration with the convoy of Y Patton when I was on my way to highschool
They kept on honking as they were behind me so I gave them space to go ahead but there was another car parked on the left side and I adjusted and let them pass but the first convoy guards shouted at me and said HORN MAREA TOH NAHUNEA!! And with no hesitation I shouted back at them and said GARI PARA NAMI KENE SABI KINIKA JAGA TEH TUMI KHAN KARNE RASTA DI ASE And with that all the convoy passing by glanced at me with that scary eyes 😂 and so after that I never give way to any MLA or minister trying to overtake me despites of heavy traffic.
I remember long time back in KOHIMA when a security convoys or flying squad was honking so urgently and one security personnel was saying ... Emergency side .... Emergency side .... Emergency side but one Bus conductor shouted... " KI LAKA EMERGENCY, PAIKHANA KURIBOLE MUN JAI ASE "! and the convey stoped its vehicle and hit the bus conductor 😂.

There is no right lan or left lan , no traffic rules for VIPs in Nagaland. All public should raise their voice n not let this happen. Next time when u see any VIP honking don't bother. We the public r paying road tax etc etc, whereas they r not paying anything. Talking about the VIP culture, all NL10 should also b stopped for dropping kids to school, churches or other personal work. These vehicles are issued for official purpose not for doing family duties. My apologies to all the NL10 officer if I have hurt u, I didn't mean to hurt ur egos😃. "Stealing public money is not only the corruption".

I'm not a tall person, riding a bike down the mezhur school turning in the middle lane mostly used by two wheelers when suddenly the minister convoy appeared right in front of me with no mercy. I made an emergency stop hardly balancing my bike on the slope. The minister convoy kept swerving passed me like a nascar racing. If I had lost my footing that day, I would've been crushed by this minister SUVs. They had no regard nor respect for human life.
Although this incident happened when the VIP culture was at its peak, still the drivers and escot personnels needs to be trained about human rights and traffic laws.

Shameful acts like rape and abuse continue, and many educated individuals lack the necessary skills, even for tasks like drafting a proper application-just like me, who lacks these skills. Many Naga youths leave school after class 10 and end up with B.A. certificates without gaining real knowledge, simply passing time in college, just like I did. VIPs are considered important, but the probability of someone shooting them with gun is higher than that of an auto driver. The system is designed this way for a reason. If I want to be treated like them, I need to achieve the position they are in.
