Sorry Seth, but that is certainly NOT a Z06 with the Z07 package. I own a 2016 Z06/Z07, and the front winglets are not Z07 spec, nor is the rear spoiler.

Hi Larry, thanks for reaching out. It's almost impossible to know if a car is a z07 car just by visual indications. They came with Michelin Sport Cup 2 tires standard with the z07 package, but some people ordered them with different tires new. 2016 they also started the "J57" option making carbon ceramic brakes a standalone option. The aero on the car, whether it being stage 2 or 3, can also be an additional option. GM recommends removing the clear piece on the rear wicker bill for street driving, leaving it in place only for track use. Given that, it's not uncommon to see the car configured without the center clear section on the rear wicker bill.
The only thing that will definitively show you if the car is a Z07 car, is the RPO badge in the back, listing the 3 digit codes for all options included in the vehicle. I'll be sure to start pointing that out in my videos to help inspire confidence in our viewers and buyers alike.
