Hey Dave! Great Playthrough!
Just three hints for you and other players. I know it’s very hard to do everything right in the heat of the playthrough and very easy to spot small mistakes, but I use playthroughs for exactly this: find questionable rules and try to learn the game better:
First thing around minute 35ish. When the machine gun is utterly suppressed it loses its box-Text and you can ignore the entrance cost penalty.
2nd, you cannot pay action cost (from location cards) with squadies. You have to pay with the ps you play the card. It’s different with cool, what confused me also.
3rd, when reinforcing, you check for reticle not for experience.

At time of 44 minutes and 51 seconds, you play an engage card. That card allows you to pay one body count to flip over from their unengaged side to their engage side either three, or if upgunned, up five hostile cards. It does not allow you to attack them.
