You can track knocked out Dino’s without putting food in them by navigating to the “tames in progress” section of the Dino tracker. It just does not track them automatically until you feed them.
Syntac’s going to be in his base like, “I always feel like, somebody’s watching me!!!!”
Here's a little tip for you, Axe: when taming, wait for the dino's torpor to drop down to about half before giving it narcotics. That way, their torpor will have more time to rise compared to when you give it narcotics shortly after they knock out. Learned from Syntac🙂
There’s a bug where if you have the shield buff after getting microraptored, you cannot dismount your Dino at all. The only way around it is to remove the saddle while mounted.

Hey Axe. If you go to the dropdown in the tracker then you can select tames in progress and you can select the dino before you’ve fed it. Hope this helps if you see it! Love the content by the way!

You can start tracking before you feed. Syntac does it all the time!

wish they would add a higher tier food to feed to herbivores ( like how carnivores have prime and mutton) when taming if you don't have kibble for the creature. could be as simple as an item that requires all 4 veggies
Saw it on Evo's video. Those eyes on the Axeman's mask are wicked. It is noticeable in the dark but no sure if it will be visible that far from Syntac's. Theris are dangerous.
The problem with the Theri's design is that we literally have never found a Therizinasaurus fossil with the skull. Every depiction you see is either pure fiction or based on the skulls we do have from other Therizinasaurs, like Nothrunychus.

There is now a cooldown after you get dismounted and then re-mount. Happens even in the overseer. If you re-mount, it seems to be about 30 seconds.
you know that dimorph with those colors you might actually have something to trade jim for his shoes :D

Next time you put down a watching you sign you should number it so that they will think theres many hidden Axemen watching them instead of just one.

With the theris best lvl up method ive found is just running thru the forest and hitting trees for massive xp (bonus massive fiber and wood) u know food for thought for when u get a breeding pair for a boss fight
Aye! Its also the greatest method to level carnivores, if you dont wanna waste energy on building an XP farm (baby killing).. I LOVE how all round Theris are for farming, but making its primary attack harvest wood makes them horrible for travelling mounts.. Cant get into a fight without getting overburdened instantly.. wish they'd swap some attacks arround or make the wood gathering a separate attack..
At least the Mammoth wood gathering is done by hitting space.. Could do that with Theris too.. They dont jump either, right?

Not gonna lie,i've always preferred taming Tickle Chickens due to the fact that are the perfect all around dino,can harvest all organic resources,selective bonuses to add resources effectiveness,their egg is good for kibble,stat very close to a Rex by level comparison,but instead are faster and have more utility.
Can also have different stat increases depending if you need a gatherer or a dino takedown.

Sir, PLEASE. After 39 episodes. There is a thing called "Tames in progress" under the "filter type" in the "tracking list". It will track the tames without putting food in them. Your mouse was literally on it two episodes ago when you were taming the Rex

thyla nerf wasnt even that bad, it was just a bit of health and not even enough to make a huge impact on its over all performance : l
The other 'nerf' was the shrinking of caves or the enlarging of the thyla. Not sure which it is but one of them makes it so you can't enter carno cave
@@sairadinnmichaelis pretty sure its dinos gettin bigger but it wasnt really a nerf, more like a side effect, since most things are bigger now and cause of that some things cant fit through places they used to and i know wc aint smart enough to have done that with the intent of stoppin things from enterin certain areas lol
either way that ones a moot point since you coulda still done the 'breed one and take it through the choke point' thing and even if you couldnt cryo pods will be back sometime this month...barring any likely delays : l

You couldn't dismount because you had the buff of not getting knocked again after microraptor got ya. I assume it's a glitch.

The one you should be scared of is that megalosaur thing. It's eyes glow in dark and night time gives it crazy buff. I don't know about ascended though, but that used to be a nightmare for me. And that lizard that sticks to walls.

No, you cannot tame alphas.. Never have been able to, and never will.. It kind of lays in the name.. An alpha would never bow down for a human in any way..
Which is why I find it kind of strange that you can tame the pack leaders of most pack creatures (except Hyaenodons which is a passive tame where you CANNOT tame the pack leader).. You'd think a pack leader wouldnt "bow down" either, but I think thats because you knock them out and brute force them..
I dont think alpha creatures even has any torpor system at all, so that may be the missing link in the logic..

ok so it isnt just me that thinks they Nerfed the thyla a little . I have the ame issues trying t odismount or sometimes otehr things its bad game coding that does this I hope they get those things fixed soon as it is I can play at times upto 1 hr befoer freeze crash but the average is 15 minutes ,now I just play it crashes I dont bother reloading because the saved game is so far back any thing ihad done haddent been done in the reload lol
