don't believe mortefi is bugged (at least not entirely) But his marcato's only trigger from basic or heavy attack damage, and most of jinhsi's rotation is considered skill damage in her special state floating or whatever. Mortefi's constellation allows him to fire some from resonance skill usage, which will trigger a few coordinated attacks but definitely not the "full" amount.

yuanwu should be on rejuvenating with the healing gauntlet so he doesnt need field time to build concerto. verina can use the moonlit as she builds concerto fast to heron and outro back to jinhsi
Even mortefi do no damage don't be fooled, his only benefit come at S6 and also the 5* gun on the standard banner for a total of 30% atk bonus dif between him and yuanwu, but in exhange you have less field time on jinhsi and less stack

you ca go mortefy into verina and let verina trigger the coordinated attacks while getting her ulti and outro up, then verina into jinshi and you have the coordinated attacks from verina running. BUT you could also do mortefi into yuanwu with the healing set - doing some normal attacks with him and the healing weapon to trigger the healing set bonus - then you also get a lot of coordinated attacks and can use verina in another team. - no matter what yuanwu has found its place at the moment
@@Brightnight1 yes, and very f2p friendly - jinshi brings that character of the free roster to use and changli will be the ideal support for chixia - so both are good pulls for f2p
Yuanwu is the best partner.. normal and easy to use but I think spectro rover is more broken because of the time slow bug. shared a 1min and 2min vid in my channel
@@Brightnight1 I can use it on holograms and world bosses but I havnt tried in ToA. Used it to clear memphis 6 and crownless 5 but I decided not to abuse it.
