good day Sir, im from philippine. maybe you can help me with my problem, toyota innova 2006 AT, at first problem it was blinking the CLuster until it won't on anymore, do you have any idea what parts i need to change. all caps volt are present. diodes are good except the 4 pcs LED are dead and shorted. is the LED shorted can affect the hole cluster black out? please let me know sir. Thank you
