The difference, I guess, between the guys who are able to be biggest champions, and the ones that are struggling to get to the highest level is the ability to not stay in those emotions for too long. So, for me, it's really relatively short. So as soon as I experience it, I acknowledge it. I maybe, you know, burst. I scream on the court, whatever happens. hm i can understand difficult hota hai with studies to start but please do start a little bit take it as a challenge. just start with 15-20 min every day.
leave people , they don't have anything just to point out others .. i know it hurts sometimes but " kuch to log khege logo ka kaam hai khna " and start working out not for others but for yourself , to feel good , to have healthy body . when i procastinate to workout i just think about 1 thing - itna pdh rhi hu , kis liye ki baad main life enjoy bhi na kr sku agr health shi na rhi .. Take out sometime, start with basics u can do the things u like to do .. like i personally love dance workouts so i used to do that in starting... and try to eat healthy, less oily keep one day for cheat meal .. don't take it as a burden but as a lifestyle change .. trust me initially it will be little difficult, u will procastinate.. but once u will start seeing results in yourself..u will be motivated yourself only to continue this journey. mere pas pdhai ke alava aur kuch zada dikhane ko hota hi nhi hai 😅 face mai dikhati nhi to baki bchta ni kuch free tym mai to main bs bed pr pdi hoti hu .. so yaa only Studies. ❤️

I will do but actually that pain is because of heavy lifting which i did unintentionally 🥲 but now i am okay
