great video! What version of the game is that? I don't have such options to choose different decks or ban decks. Is this not Warner Bros version?
That is the global Grandmaster Tier. Once you go past Grandmaster but before Magic Awakened. No banned cards and you have to make 3 Decks, each with a different echo.
