Winter Without You Chisa Yelling - recreates a scene from Love Letter (1995) Japanese movie where characters husband is lost and never found in a snowstorm in the mountains. She goes there to yell out to him "How are you?". She replies to the echo. "I'm doing fine.", knowing the echo is the only response she will ever get. Girls crying - they surprise each of them with a video message from their family who they really have not seen for 5+ years during their training. This XG original song is a unique Christmas gift to us Alphaz and the World.
WWY is now a Christmas classic for me! If y'all are interested in what Hesonoo is: Hesonoo is XG’s chant that they do. It means “umbilical Cord” in Japanese, which makes sense seeing as they dance as one, even BLINDFOLDED their synchronization is GOD TIER lol! This part of Hesonoo: "Welcome. Seven life forms detected. Accessing. Hibernation deactivated. Landing sequence initiated." I believe means they’re waking up from hibernation after a long space travel; I'm assuming from the space ship in their song Left Right MV. That last line "landing sequence initiated" also tells me that there's a connection into the Grl Gvng video you'll soon get to.
I say this with the UTMOST respect for other GGs (pls don’t take this as me putting others down) but I think XG are the best dancers in all of K-pop/J-pop GGs hands down or better yet, better dancers than any GG worldwide! Their synchronization and swag is TOP TIER!! And what's crazier is this isn't even them going their hardest lol!
