How to make a fancy neck bow for a dog

I'm a pet stylist & make these adorable bows to accessories my clients dogs for photos after their grooming session ... Please note these bows are purely decorative and should not be left on a dog unattended.

I don't charge for them but I know some groomers do .. I think a small $2 charge is fair 👍
