When I press print it says to print the file later it is necessary to put this file into a folder named labels on the USB medium. Saves it and doesn’t print. Test print looks bad

      Hi Jacob,
Thanks for your message. It sounds like M-Print PRO is set to print to File Output. When you're ready to print, try clicking File --> Print, and select your printer from there. If you're still having trouble, feel free to reach out to us via the Contact Us page on our website. If you're not in Australia, we'd recommend reaching out to your local Weidmuller office.

You have said to adjust the sensor into the right position but don't explain what that position is?

      Hi Tim,
Thanks for your feedback, good point! When printing on wire markers (or any other marker using the flat roller), the orange LED should be positioned to the centre of the marker. When printing terminal numbers, it should be also centred in the middle of the marker.
Note that when printing wire markers like TM-I series, align to the centre of the marker which is towards the inside of the printer. You can see the ideal position at 3:30 in the video.
The DEK and WS terminal markers have a black square on the back of them. This is what the printer uses to identify the start of the next marker and is what you should be aligning the sensor to.
We hope that helps, and thanks again for your comment.
