Bostin was many things, but he wasn't a liar. I miss him, I always expected this would happen just not so soon. He was born a decade after me and died before I got married.

it is mainstream social media is the most powerful tool these days and bodybuilding and fitness consumes almost 50% of the content but its still a small market when compared to all major sports and well they know we use drugs the pros do aswell they just hav to hide better

I like Boston bc he is honest but I was in a similar mindset in my twenties and to my mid to late 30s. When that bad blooodwork turns to a hardened artery or kidney failure or liver issues that actually cause serious health problems it’s not funny to laugh at. I mean your 28 and most don’t have any major health issues yet.
Then boston says he feels his body getting toxic quicker. I would definitely listen to your body and stop before you have a heart attack or stroke and can’t do anything with your family.
Bodybuilders are addicts and I totally agree with that. Steroids were my drug of choice or gateway drug. I learned that most bodybuilders aren’t honest with their abuse just like street drug users. I turned to other drugs and then realize I was addicted to something my whole life. It was school, football, training, then steroids came in then ghb then it got worse and worse. Now N.A. and AA meetings are a part of my life and I have to train for my mind as well as body. I don’t for one minute believe all drugs are the same but I totally agree that addicts come from all different walks of life. I love this video but their is a huge difference than a user and abuser. Go to an aa or Na meeting and you will see. Some people can’t stop and some can. Just like drinking and everything else.
Boston Loyd is one of the reason I choose to stay natural. When I get gains I know it’s healthy. Gaining muscle wouldn’t be nearly as motivating for me if I knew I wasn’t going to keep it and it could eventually kill me. I’m very thankful for Boston Loyd being so honest because it helps others make a realistic decision instead of your random dude at the gym saying “just take it bro”.

I have taken 3 cycles in my life. I waited tell I was 30 years old. I researched them from the age of 14 and even got a degree in college on it "not for profit" for my own education. I stuck with test E, deca, eq, and a few times winni, tren, and did one cycle of hgh. I won't ever do hgh again or winni or tren. I believe it's your body and if your going to use, educate yourself. At my prime before my injury, I was 315lbe 7% body fat, then I dropped to 240lbs 10% stayed there. I always got blood work. After my injury I have not worked out since January 2019. I am slowly getting back into working out and I won't use for the next 5 years.
315@7 percent is Mr Olympia calibur unless you are 6'6.

I think his point was that some bodybuilders are on so much gear, eat so much food and on top of that some do recreational drugs. They do this for years and years. They push the limit and go past it. Let’s take rich piana as an example. He was on so much shit for years and years. What caused him to pass out and stop breathing in his bathroom? You can’t pin it on just testosterone. It’s the test, GH, high calorie high fat, drugs, insulin etc.
ignignokt - I’m a steroid user, and I am on TRT. Even on a therapeutic dose of testosterone my cholesterol takes a hit. Cholesterol clogs arteries and builds plaque. I don’t care what Rich Piana or Dallas did recreationally or how much they ate, I know for a fact that testosterone decreases ones lifespan.

You can’t say that just because YOU are a steroid user and using trt, and you have risky cholesterol , that is not enough evidence, research or studies to prove that no matter what your cholesterol is gonna take a hit. Some people have had good blood work on relatively high cycle, (not Olympia caliber cycle) and some people have taken one shot of test and died from one shot. Some people are just not made for it. Just like some people can bang heroin and literally NEVER DIE from heroin. I don’t care if you believe me or not, ITS POSSIBLE. How would you know that everyone that’s ever taken test has not standard cholesterol levels? That is too broad of a statement to make. ANYTHING is possible. That’s why when you sign up to take any drug I’m the world even fucking aspirin, you have to balance risk versus reward. I would be stupid to think that I’m not fucking up my health. That’s usually what taking drugs does to you, your health is PROBABLY not gonna be perfect if you are taking drugs. But its also stupid to think that EVERY single person that’s ever taken a drug or steroids has had bad health problems from it. Some stuff is genetic. I understand the entertainment and shock value of Boston interviews but I think after watching most of the Boston interviews I can say he really does support and represents all the stigmas attached to bodybuilding.
What you fail to realize is ALL THE PROS implement INSANE steroid protocols to get big and chiseled, and that Bostin was just unapologetically honest about the culture which is rampant in BB.

You can never directly blame the coach. As an adult you should be capable of making responsible decisions. In this case taking AAS, you have decided to make a decision as an adult to go down that path so you should be held accountable and taking the responsibility to educate yourself on the possible risks. There's no gun to your head and your paying the coach, not the other way around.

Anabolic Doc, read Bostin's autopsy report and said Bostin had a cardiac arrest. Not really a heart attack. Bostin's heart just stopped completely and he collapsed on the floor. He may of been dead as soon as he hit the floor ! Bostin took all that gear intake into himself way too lightly. He did not know everything he thought he did. And is now DEAD ! Lost in Roid Indeed. Wow! When this video was done Bostin only had 2 yrs left to live. Bostin would get Stage 5 kidney disease in October, 2020. Probably had it at time of this video but did not check it then. Bostin did not even check his bloodwork often ! Even with Stage 5 kidney disease he did NOT stop taking high doses of gear and on top of that he went to a tractor store and used Monkey and mice thinner. Doing all of this just sped up his death. Bostin died sooner than he even thought I feel. Bostin your wife and son needed you alive...NOT dead ! Bostin talking about the young lady who died at 8:52 -9:05 sounds like YOU Bostin ! Sad ! 🙁

Bostin says he doesn't want to take time away from his kid, but then talks about his "Steroid/Gear Room" and describes what's in it. At what point of admitting that he has drugs that carry a felony for possession make it reasonable for either the DEA or local cops to get a warrant to search the place. I'm thinking a year or two in jail would take a considerable amount of time away from his kid. Didn't he learn his lesson when his friend musclehead320 went to prison due to admitting his involvement with steroids on the Internet?
If the police were gonna get him it would've been years ago when his videos were blowing up. Musclehead320 got caught in a big scandle selling drugs. I'm sure the police checked out Boston and if he wasn't involved in selling then they prob don't care.

Bloodwork is the start and tells you a lot. If your cholesterol is 400 and your triglycerides are 400, you probably want to get some other tests done and get those things in check. Same as with kidney function. If your gfr is coming out at 15% and your 25, you probably should see what is going on especially if you have family history of things. Usually just backing off a while will allow your body to go back to a proper range. If it doesn’t, might be a good time to see what is up.
I'll be honest, I didn't care for Boston at first, and I judged him just by what OTHER people said about him, Then I started watching videos of him and I saw the honesty, and the humor, and I grew to really like em, He really seemed like a great person, peace Boston, RIP.
