Wooo such a detailed video👌🏼👌🏼...... 2 years back I shifted to Navi Mumbai for my PhD. One thing that I missed the most was my terrace garden I had at my home. Now since here it is a more of a concrete jungle setting up a balcony garden was a challenge. My balcony hardly receive 2-3 hours of light and to that surrounding tall buildings literally block some areas to get any light. So I am unable to grow flowering plants or veggies. However after coming across your channel I grew a new fantasy towards indoor/shade loving plants. Now more than flowers or fruit I admire the beauty of leaves, there variegation, color, shape and somehow now I am able to get a more eye pleasing 3D look for my balcony (though the balcony set up is still going on). So thank you for sharing your knowledge and admiration towards plants.

Hi Ann. I was in a bit dilema if LED lights wouls help the plant growth . This video cleared my confusion . Now I can put more plants in my Hall where I get no direct natural light and use these LED lights most of the day . Thank U Ann for inspiring to grow more indoor plants .

My balcony also gets very less light and I really needed this video..I was planning for grow light but this arrangement will be cheaper.. The approx cost which u put last in this video is also helpful..

We could add a dimmer switch for the lights. That way you can adjust the amount of light through the day.
But are these tubelights full spectrum that plants need? Grow lights for plants are different right?
