It's a really cool tech. Enables a 4th attack in conjunction with MLB's triple drive to make it more likely to occur, if you see it early game you can discard it for the Ride Deck or use it as retire fodder for Blaster Dark's skill to remove something and get +5k to attack a 13k Vanguard if you go second. Also there's potential Over Trigger synergy for an extra Twin Drive.
Why not only play 2 kay? He's not really good without Bedivere and I doubt that you're playing more than 2 of those in a game, it just allows you to play some more other things and bricks you less.
I agree, that's definitely been more within my line of thinking recently as I've dropped Kay to 3 since Bedivere technically can just search it out and if it sticks you don't really need more copies. However with removal being quite prevalent atleast in my area I still like to keep the 3rd copy for the time being. It'll all change however as soon as I can get my hands on that Grade 2 Blaster support promo Emmeline 😅

Yes, Colthese was something that was being played around with across a few lists 5 months ago. I would agree to swap out Colthese for something else. At the time it had some cute applications at best, being able to create a 4th attack was the main purpose with the addition of being fodder for the Ride Deck, Blaster Dark's skill and high roll OT synergy. If I recall correctly afterwards, I replaced the 3 Colthese with a 4th Painkiller Angel and 2 Tier Square Sorceress for more boosters with a sometimes useful spot removal skill.

i just learned about colthese's existence, i was wondering why someone said mlb could do 3-5 attacks and i was dumbfounded.
