5 small boiled potatoes 4 tsp oil 1/2 tsp mustard seeds 1/2 tsp cumin seeds Asafoetida 2 small onions 1 tsp ginger garlic paste 4 small green chilis 2 small tomatoes 1/4 tsp turmeric 1 tsp red chili powder 1 tsp coriander Salt 1/2 cup water ~Cover 2-3 mins ~Add boiled potatoes ~ Cover few mins, then mix for spices to blend Fresh curry leaves 1/2 tsp garam masala
Easy peazy … delicious… not sure whether you should have first crackled the curry leaves in the hot oil.. never eaten ‘uncooked ‘ curry leaves … the ghrum masala probably not necessary as this would be great with paratha

Thank you for your feedback. In our region ,we do add onion and garlic in our food. Moreover, most of the weddings have cutlets, onion pakoras, veg kebabs as starters nowadays.

Yes, I used boiled potatoes.
Slightly fry the alu in oil after cutting then add it, potatoes is one the most widely consumed root vegetable, any form tastes good if cooked well

I always avoid garam masala too. I always feel it always overpowers the organic taste of other flavours.
