Red Lobster is a western restaurant that everyone likes. Its biscuits are very popular. Making these savory biscuits at home can be served in about 20 minutes. It’s delicious and you can’t stop eating it. The freshly baked biscuits have a crisp bottom, the aroma of cheddar is mixed with the scent of garlic, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.😋
食材(15个松饼):
300克 中筋面粉 ( 2 杯/ 500毫升)
8 克 泡大粉(1汤匙)
10 克 白糖 (2茶匙)
10 克 大蒜粉(1汤匙)
4 克 盐 巴(1/2/2茶匙)
114克 无盐黄油(1/2杯)
260克 牛奶 (250毫升/ 1杯)
14克 白醋 / 柠檬汁 (1 汤匙)
90克 切达芝士 切丝(1杯)
30克 融化黄油 出炉后刷在松饼表面
少许意大利香菜 切碎
在预热至450F/230C的烤箱中烤约15分钟至底部金黄色。
Ingredients(for 15 biscuits):
300g all-purpose flour (2 cups/500ml)
8g baking powder (1 tbsp)
10g sugar (2 tsp)
10g garlic powder (1 tbsp)
4g salt (1/2tsp)
114g unsalted butter (1/2 cup)
260g milk (250ml/1 cup)
14g white vinegar/ lemon juice (1 tbsp)
90g cheddar cheese (1 cup)
30g melted butter, to brush on the baked biscuits
parsley chopped ( 2 tbsp)
Preheat oven to 450F/230C, bake for about 15 minutes until bottom golden brown.
tips:
白脱牛奶的做法:1杯牛奶+1汤匙的白醋或者是1汤匙的柠檬汁,牛奶质地变稠,有一些小颗粒,搅拌均匀后放入冰箱冷藏5分钟,即可使用。用白脱牛奶做松饼其质地更蓬松。
How to make butter milk: 1 cup of milk + 1 tablespoon of white vinegar or 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, sit for 5 minutes in the refrigerator and then it will be ready for use. Using buttermilk to make biscuits will be more fluffy.
