I like to see the culture gap between two of ye , it’s so interesting to seeing the westerner trying our food culture .
The way my grandparents trying the Chinese food , they are like surgery on their plate , and separated every single piece of ingredient , and asked me what is it .
I think a lot of traditional food really is an acquired taste & if you didn’t grow up eating it it’s probably too strange for your pallet !! Totally relate to the surgery part 🤣 !
