It has various expects. Mostly we can say reciprocating has more efficient after that centrifugal than we have screw compressor .. On Hermetic nonhermatic we can't say because it's different thing.

Your approach temp for evaporator is wrong… you’re saying leaving CHW temp minus saturated refrigerant evap temp… is correct. But in figure it’s wrong which is showing the saturated refrigerant temp outing from evap… need to check and reply please!!!
